DESCRIPTION:This program is designed to provide resources to enhance the skills of caregivers and parents while managing their stress and self-care – skills necessary to strengthen foundation and build upon the protective factors needed to reduce risk-taking behaviors in youth. In response\, Above The Path developed Closing the Gap. \nThrough partnership with Love146\, an international organization working to end child trafficking\, Above The Path has adapted Closing the Gap to focus on reducing the risk for child trafficking\, however\, this program may be beneficial for any parent or giver who is seeking to foster and strengthen a connection with youth. \nThis is a 2-day training. Times will be from 8 – 11 (PST) both days.
